Items 1 - 6, 13 are quite probably available at your local model kit store. Failing that, you can always get the store to order them for you, or buy them at online stores. Hobbylink Japan stocks some of these.

Item 7 might be available at your local diecast / model kit stores. Usually these stores will order items for you, so try and ask.

Anything else not marked with a price (with the exception of Item 8) are amusement machine prizes or prize capsules. It is unlikely for you to see these at online stores, so apart from going to Japan and feeding some coin slots to get these, you should check out online auction sites like eBay or Yahoo! Auctions - you might find these up for auction if you're lucky. (Japanese auction sites always have these up for grabs, but as a general rule they do not ship internationally)
